Renewed commitment to fitness

Greetings from Tampa. It's been a few years since I last blogged, and it's high time to get back into it. I used to post a lot of recipes, etc, but in the past four years, my focus has become focusing on weight training and running. A lot has occurred in the past few years for me, and I will post more about my fitness and mental journey in the coming weeks. I hope that by my words others can be inspired to live a life that is more manageable and based much less in the negative space that we oftentimes find ourselves to live in. Cheers! Christopher
